CALGARY YOUTH ART EXHIBITION

SUBMIT

 

All artists wishing to submit an entry should first familiarize themselves with this contest's Rules and Specifications.

 

All entries must be submitted by email to youthartexhibition@gmail.com with  the  subject  "Youth Art Exhibition Entry". The  email  should contain the following:

 

1. A photograph of the artwork in JPG format at a minimum of 300 dpi. The digital image should be sized so as to fit reasonably on a 1366 x 768 pixel computer screen. This may be attached to the email. This article contains useful tips on photographing artwork.

 

2.  A  signed  statement  by  an  art instructor stating that the artwork is original. This document should be scanned and saved as a .pdf file. This may be attached to the email.

 

3. The following completed form. This may be included in the body of the email or as an attachment.
