RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS

1. Any individual between the ages of 12 to 18 currently residing in Calgary is eligible to enter this contest.

2. Entries must exist in a physical medium. Digital paintings will not be accepted.

3. Works of photography will be accepted, as long as they exist in a physical medium (ie. canvas prints of photographty will be accepted).

4. Entries must not contain obscene, defamatory or sexually explicit content.
